A memorial service for David Herting will be held at this Saturday, February 2. 2013 at 3:00 PM at their home located at 2488 Via La Orilla, Fallbrook, 92028. There will be food and a slide show honoring Dave. People are invited to speak if they wish to share their memories of Dave.

A long time Alfa enthusiast and member of the AROC Southern California and San Diego Chapters passed away on January 24, 2013 while in hospice care in San Diego. He is survived by his loving and caring wife Erica and his two daughters, Michelle and Elena. He was a graduate of Cal Tech and was known for his vibrational analysis of brake systems as well as participating in the early US space program. His first Alfa was a 1900, and over the years had many other Alfas.

Long time Alfa Club member and car guy Eric Rosenau passed away last November 27. To commemorate him and to celebrate his life, his family is having a car tour in San Diego County. See the flier for details.

The club will gather at our usual spot in the Westfield North County parking lot and drive en masse to the Rosenau home where the tour will begin.

This year’s annual AROCSD Christmas Party / Gift Steal will be held at the home of Jim and Angela Romeo in Ramona. As always, this is a semi-potluck event.
